    had 7 days in fira, spending my time here really good. the room was good sized with great views to the cliff or to the sea. the room had an iron and ironing board, a work desk, and an electric kettle.

    What a stellar experience! The spacious room we had was captivating, especially the balcony overlooking the caldera. The cozy pool area offered relaxation, complemented by a rich buffet breakfast each morning. Staff were friendly. Just a short stroll to Fira made it the perfect base for our Santorini adventures!

    Staff were really excellent and made it what it was, Speak to George at the Bar, and Maria at front desk they are just beautiful people... the location is a short walk from the main town, but not too far, the rooms were good and bed was comfortable, bathroom was great, we had bad weather but i can imagine it is just awesome in warm weather.very happy.

    pools are not heated, and there is no jacuzzi, fairly exposed to wind (which i understand is fairly unusual anyway) but really quite good.

    Majestic hotel is located just few minutes away from Fira town centre. we loved our volcano view room with awesome balcony..perfect to enjoy stunning sunsets. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Free WiFi, free transfer to/from port and airport awesome. we enjoyed breakfast everymorning included in the room rate. Swimming pool location..looking out the sea fantastic! There is a dirt bike track below the cliff opposite the hotel that my husband used for fun, when we hired a quad bike for a day :)

    Fine views, comforting facilities, complemented by a really good breakfast with vegetarian options and a refreshing pool to unwind after exploring the area.

    Champagne buffet breakfast, the free transfers from port and airport, the hotel swimming pool and proximity to the town of Fira (walking distance).

    The rooms are not well maintained for a 5* hotel and half of the rooms with 'volcano views' are actually facing the main road. Those rooms facing the other side may be better but they have a narrow staircase, without a bannister, leading up to the gallery/bedroom which was not practical. The biggest disappontment was the number of iunexplainable flys in the rooms. We changed rooms 3 times but just could not get away from them - not something one would expect to find in this level of hotel.

    The hotel is not a five star by any international standards. Extremely over priced and then they impose additional charges on some pretext or the other. The only recreation is a pool with dust gathered all over it especially the baby pool. The reception has a vendor for car rentals that tries convincing you that a blower is an airconditioner. Bad experience avoidable. The only good thing is the bar tender Mr George who is unbeatable at his humour

    I enjoyed amazing sunset views from my Double Room Volcano View. The service was unbeatable. A personalized welcome with refreshing drinks and cool towels set the perfect tone for relaxation. Exploring the local area was easy with the convenient shuttle service to Oia, allowing me to soak in all the fine sights without any hassle.

    Almost everyone on the Hotel staff is very friendly and kind. The breakfast is good and the pool is excelent. The Hotel location, although not on the beach, is very central, and that allows one to reach every beach of the island in about 20 minutes by car.

    The breakfast is good, but could be improved considering the price one pays to stay there.

    The breakfast is basic, lacking variety, and the dining options for lunch and dinner offer little choice, leaving guests wanting more. Being about a 10-15 minute walk from Fira can feel taxing in hot weather, especially since the closest beaches are on the opposite side of the island. The limited soundproofing in rooms allows for traffic noise, which can detract from comfort during sleep.

    The food was excellent, it was on par with a five star hotel. The swimming pool is beautiful, very big and clean.

    I would not rate this hotel five star. The rooms are basic and the staff aren't very helpful (even though they do try to be but don't know how to be). Seems to me that it is considered to be a hotel only for tourists so they tend to get away with a lot.
